They done messed up my friend’s car because she’s a woman. She went in for an oil change and rotor NOT battery. They touched the battery and camera. They damaged her car. Never going back. Gonna have a lawsuit watch.

Have consistently had poor experiences at this shop. -Snapped wheel stud while removing wheel lock and didn't notify me. - They seem to consistently over torque lugnuts - Never give accurate ETA's for when vehicle is ready Poor quality work, would avoid this place.

I felt a little rushed when I took my car for a check engine but, staff was professional. I told them from the start I was just looking for pricing, person at the front said he wasn't going to charge me for diagnostic, charged $30 when I picked up my car. Got car back the next day so that was nice and quick. They did offer to add that to the repair maybe, some miscommunication there so be really clear about it what you want from the start.

I had a great experience at Pac-Man Tires & Wheels. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Jorge was quick to get my car in and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Their pricing is very competitive—definitely better than other tire shops I've checked out in the area. Not only was the service fast and efficient, but the staff was also friendly and professional. It's clear they value their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or wheel needs. Highly recommend Pac-Man Tires & Wheels to anyone looking for quality service at a great price. Best Regards, Salvador Contreras
